Typical Use:
Ghee can be used in place of butter or oil for cooking, frying, sautéing, or baking due to its high smoke point. It adds a rich, nutty flavor to food. It can also be spread on toast or used in bulletproof coffee. Unlike butter, ghee is shelf-able due to the removal of milk solids, but storing it in a cool, dark place is best to maintain quality. Refrigeration is not typically required.
