Typical Use:
These fermented jalapeños can be used as a condiment to add heat, flavor, and a probiotic boost to meals. Add them to tacos, nachos, sandwiches, or mix them into salsa and dips. The fermentation mellows some of the raw heat while adding a tangy depth of flavor. Store the jar in the refrigerator to maintain freshness and keep the fermentation process slow.
Combines well with: all of our Grains, Gluten Free Taco Shells and GF Tortillas, completed by our Kidney Beans or Chickpeas or other Legumes and Pulses. Topped with a dash of our Coconut Kefir as a dairy free, sourcream replacement and a splash of our Vinegars.
