Orders in Woocommerce
This screen shows where the orders will be placed inside WordPress and Woocommerce.

Hover on WooCommerce

Click Orders

Then click to select the order you want to edit or see.
Syncing up the order with the CTT dashboard
This screen shows how to sync up the order with CTT. We will need to change the order status to “processing”.

Click the Status pulldown

Select processing

Then click update
Viewing the order on the CTT dashboard
This screen shows how to proceed once the order has been changed to “processing” in Woo.

If you click the down arrow you can see an overview of the order before printing the label

Clicking the blue link “Pronto para gerar etiquita” will take you to the next page with full details
Printing the label
This screen shows how to print the label.

Scroll down to the bottom of the page

You can review once again the items that will be shipped, weight and quantity.

Click em “Guardar e Criar Etiqueta” to print the label
Select how many labels and where you want to pint them

Turning ON and OFF local pickup by CTT
This screen shows how to turn on and off the rule that enables pickup by CTT at the store. It is off for now while we are still testing.
