Typical Use:
Add 5–8 drops to a diffuser to promote relaxation, or mix 2 drops into a carrier oil for a soothing temple massage before sleep. Can also be added to a warm bath or a DIY pillow spray.
Combines well with: Pairs perfectly with a nightly ritual featuring Apicultura do Algarve Mel de Rosmaninho in a warm infusion, or can be mixed with  Larutan Organic Cacao Butter Drops to create a custom, calming body balm.
Since Lavender Oils are excellent for cutting through grime while disinfecting. Unlike many citrus oils, it is generally gentler on various surfaces, by mixing in a glass spray bottle; combine 1 cup of water, 1/2 cup of a simple White Vinegar or our multi purpose Ogranic White Wine Vinegar and 15–20 drops of Roots Lavender Essential Oil for optimal result.
