Add some Ginger Powder or Matcha Powder for a different twist and an extra pick me up. For a more sturdy pancake mix, add 1/3rd Buckwheat Flour or any of our other Gluten Free Flours to change texture, nutritional compounds and take it into either a more sweet or savory direction. Any of our Dried Fruits make a great addition to both texture and flavour as a topping or mixed into your batter.
Oat Flour also works in all kinds of muffin and cake batters, like Banana Bread, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Cake as well as being a great binder for Vegetarian Burgers and Patty Recipes.
